I hope everyone had a great Halloween. We took the girls out trick or treating with some friends, and they had a ball. It took Claire a few houses to catch on to what was happening. But, once she realized that people were giving her candy, she was so into it.
Nora is now 6 weeks old, and is starting to smile. She loves being around her noisy sisters, and enjoys watching them play. My mom stayed for three weeks, and was such an amazing help. The week she left was a real eye opener. But we are all adjusting, and the girls are dealing with less one on one attention from me.
Elise had been on oxygen for about 5 weeks. We finally had to put her on steroids for a week, which got her well enough to come off oxygen, but didn't help tell us what was wrong. So she is going to have a CT of her chest Tuesday to hopefully give us some answers to what has been causing her to get sick over the past year. We got her a bike for Christmas, and she accidentally found where we were hiding it, so she has been enjoying her gift early. She really took to it quickly, and loves riding it. She played in a soccer league for children with special needs, and really did well. They get volunteers from UF to "buddy" up with the kids. Elise really enjoyed kicking the ball around. Also, Elise lost her first tooth today!  One of her lower bottom teeth had been loose for a few days, and fell out today. We couldn't find it, and she didn't know where it went, so I'm thinking she swallowed it. The tooth fairy brought her a toy tonight, since she said she didn't want money.
Claire is growing like a weed. She idolizes Elise and does, and says, everything Elise does. It is hilarious.
Nora at 10 days old.
Nora at two weeks old.
This was taken tonight at six weeks of age. Love you all !!!!!

Things are still going well. Nora is a good baby and is eating, and growing well. We are all trying to soak up every second of her since she is our last, and they grow so fast. Claire had her second birthday party on Sat., and Elise went roller skating for the first time last week.

Big sisters

Elise and Claire are really enjoying having a new little sister to hold. Elise refused to leave the house yesterday because Nora wasn't going to. And she follows me around asking when the "new baby" will wake up. Claire mainly wants to sit, or get into everything we have out for Nora. My Mom is going to come Monday and stay for awhile to help me with juggling everything. Jason goes back to work tomorrow.

So at 4:10 we welcomed an 8lb 14 oz red headed healthy girl. Her name is Nora Ellie Kathryn. She is named after Jason's grandma Eleanor and his dad's grandma Nora Effie. And she shares a birthday now with my Great Grandma Catherine. Both her and I are doing great and hopefully will go home tomorrow.

Induction day

So we are on our way to meeting baby #3!  I came in this morning and am being induced. I'll update the blog later once she comes!

Well we have had a busy and exciting month. We moved into our new house, which is just down the street from our old house, and is the same floor plan only a bit smaller. The girls transitioned really well, and are now sharing a bedroom. My mom came to help one week, and then Gary and Gail came the second week to help as well. I couldn't have done it without all their help. Now we are getting ready for the new baby, and counting down the days until we get to meet her. My due date is October 4th (Claire's birthday), but Claire was 16 days early, so this one could be early as well too. Elise is doing well with homeschooling. Thanks to Gail for giving me tons of support and helpful tools. Hope everyone had a great summer, and has a safe holiday weekend.

Beach vacation

Hey guys. We had a great vacation with my mom at Indian rocks beach. We have been going there for about 4 years now, and really love it. I'm now 7 months prego and feeling great. Elise continues to do well with homeschooling, and Claire gets bigger everyday.
