Well I think this has been the longest I have gone without posting to the blog. These pictures basically summarize our month of November. We had another homecoming parade this year that Elise loved, and have been tailgating at home UF football games. Gary and Gail came to visit, and we went to parks, fed the horses, and went to an arts fest. We really had a great time, and Elise loved having them here. Marcy came soon after and was able to meet her new grandchild. And we had a great Thanksgiving with Leslie and Joel. Things are going well with Claire. She is already over 12 pounds, and as you can see has started to smile!!!! Elise is still coping with having a new little sister, but seems to be getting used to her being around. Elise continues to eat well and keeps trying new foods. She now eats oatmeal, cheesecake, ice cream, and everything on the Thanksgiving table. Claire is also eating like a pig, as you can see by her cheeks. She is a real chunk. I hope you enjoy all the pictures, and I will try my best to post again in two weeks. Love you all! Kristin

GO CARDINALS!!! |
So as you can see we made a trip to St Pete for a few days last week. It was good to get away from home, but was also nice to get back home. My Mom left last Monday and Jason went back to work this recent Monday, so I have been on my own this week with both girls. Yikes!! Claire continues to grow like a weed. She is almost too big for the bassinet, and her cheeks just keep getting chubbier everyday. She and I have moved into her room at night, so Jason can get good rest for work. So Claire has slept in her crib the last two nights, with me sleeping in the bed in her room to make nursing easier. Elise continues to struggle with the lack of attention she is getting with Claire around. She is having aggression issues mainly towards Jason and myself, but then again she is a red head. Claire turned one month old today, and it doesn't seem like it's already been that long. I've had fun getting all of Elise's clothes out for Claire to wear, and look forward to putting her in all the new outfits everyone has sent us. I hope you all had a fun Halloween last night. Jason had to work, so me and the girls stayed home and gave out candy to a ton of treaters. Elise really enjoyed having the kids come to the door, and kept asking for "more" all night. Maybe next year she'll want to wear a costume and we can go out to a few houses. We'll post again soon, love you all!
