We were in Houston over the weekend visiting my cousin Todd and his wife Xochy and baby Korbyn who was baptised on Mothers Day.  We were also there for Jason to have an interview for a fellowship at Texas Heart Institute.  We won't find out about the fellowship for several weeks still, but he was really impressed with the facilities.

My Uncle Rick did a great job sitting with the girls while we all got ready.
Claire is always happy to see her Nana.
This is my Mom's sister, Eva.  She is Korbyn's Grandma.

Claire and Korbyn are 3 months apart in age.

 Timber!!!!
Jason did some babysitting while Xochy and I went and got some mother's day pampering.  Looks like they did some silly dancing.

Claire is doing really well eating.  She loves all the new flavors.
And Elise loves to help feed her too!
So I hope you all had a great Mother's day.  I sure did.  Thank you Xochy and Todd for treating me to my mani/pedi and massage!!!  And thank you Jason for watching the girls so I could go!  Things are going well around here.  Elise continues to improve on her speech, and Claire is sitting up on her own getting closer and closer to crawling everyday.  She has now gotten her two front teeth on top, and so I'll get some pictures of those as soon as they are showing enough.  Love to you all!  Kristin

This is Easter Sunday.  I will have more as soon as I get pictures off my friend's camera. Originally I had Claire in the cutest dress, but she managed to get poop all over it on the way to the park, so this is her backup outfit.
This is Claire with Nola our good friend's daughter.

Elise is now sleeping in a big girl bed and loving it.  She got some Florida Gator sheets for her birthday from her Mimi and Papa, and a girly flowered comforter from Nana and Papa.  She looks so tiny in this big bed.
Claire looked so cute in her suit and hat.

Claire was trying to take Elise's leap pad.
We had lots of visitors for Claire's baptism and celebrated Elise's birthday the same weekend.

Elise got lots of great gifts including a new t-ball set that we now play everyday.

Claire looked adorable in her handmade baptism dress.  Both her and Elise were really well behaved during mass.

Claire is now sitting up.  She just keeps getting prettier everyday.
We went to Busch gardens for Elise's birthday on Sunday.

This is our friend Megan with Claire.

This is Elise and her best bud, Weston, having a snack today while wearing birthday party hats.  I think these pictures sum up our month.  It was really busy.  Claire is eating baby foods really well, and Elise's speech continues to improve.  I hope you all enjoy the pictures!  Love, Kristin
