Elise doing well in school. She is attempting to write her letters without wanting to trace which is great.

She is the only girl in a class of 7. And she loves it. Thank goodness she likes superheros and cars.

This is Claire with our good friends Nola and Lindy at sun country gym.

Elise went bowling at a classmates birthday party.

Nora trying to dress herself while I was folding laundry.

We had another friend move away. Our good friends Brooke and Aaron moved to NC. It was hard to see them leave.

My cousin Mara sent the girls a box of clothes. The girls had fun trying on all the clothes.

Nora is very close to walking. She is taking one to two steps at a time. I think she will be walking by her birthday.

Elise had several doctor appointments this week, so Claire and Nora got to spend two days at daycare at Elise's school. They had a ball playing and Elise and I spent the days waiting around for doctors and doing tests. It was so nice not having to keep three kids happy for hours, and it was nice knowing they were having a great time and in good hands.

Me-"Claire, what happened to your face?"
Claire-"nothing mom."

This is what happens when I leave the girls to paint while I put Nora down for a nap. Good thing it washes off easily.

Today was the first day back to school. Elise was the only girl with 6 boys!!  There is supposed to be another girl but for some reason she wasn't there today.

We went to crescent beach yesterday. You can park on the beach and bring your dog, which the girls got a kick out of, and Amos loved too.

Charlotte trip

The girls and I just got back from visiting my cousins in Charlotte NC. We had a blast visiting a kids discovery center, playing in their pool, and going on an animal safari.
We caught a beautiful sunset on our flight there.
Played at the park Saturday morning.
Played in the pool. The mosquitos may be big in Florida, but the rubber duckies are HUGE in NC.
This is Claire and Elise with their cousin Jude.

This is Joey flying out of his swing.
These next few are from the discovery center.

Elise racing cars she made with Mara.

Cool jellyfish.

We took a train to get there and back. The kids loved it.

We also went to an animal safari park where we fed animals from a horse drawn wagon. It was awesome.
Feed me!!

Joey feeding the one of the giraffes.

This darn bird followed us through the whole park. He was very pushy and sneaky. He would come up behind you and grab your bucket. So I held him off while the others fed the giraffe.

We left last night and got home at 1am. The girls were so good. I couldn't believe how well they did flying so late and making the two hour drive home afterwards.
They are always happy to get home and snuggle on Amos's bed.
