So it's pumpkin patch season!!  Here are some pics of us at our favorite one.

Her first bath, she doesn't look too happy does she.

We went to a breast cancer awareness pink pumpkin painting party.  Say that five times fast.

Thank you to everyone that helped us buy our new double stroller.  Elise woke up from her nap and I had just put it together.  She couldn't wait to eat a snack in her new stroller.

Elise is starting to accept Claire (some days) and here she is brushing her hair and touching her face.  Claire is hungry and trying to eat Elise's hand.

Sorry the postings are so random right now.  I forgot how many pictures you take of a new baby.  I hope you all enjoy these.  We are all doing great, and Elise is doing better with accepting that the "baby" isn't going anywhere.  I'm feeling great, and Jason has next week off, so we are excited to have a week as a family of four.  My Mom will leave Monday, and I'm not sure how I will make it without all her help.  It's going to take awhile to figure out our new routine and be good at getting both girls out of the house to run errands.  Claire has turned out to be a wonderful baby, and hardly cries at all.  She is eating really well and was 9.2 pounds at her 2 week check up.  She eats all the time, so we are guessing that she is going to be a porker.  She looks nothing like Elise and we think we will get a lot of people asking us if both girls are ours in the future.  We love you all and thanks for all the cards, gifts, and phone calls.  We'll post more pictures soon!

  1. You don't even need to visit a pumpkin patch as you have two darling little pumpkins of your own. I enjoyed seeing all the fall pics. I tried the "pink pumpkin" saying and didn't even get it right on the first sentence...yeesh! So glad that Claire is doing well and isn't a fussy baby. We have created a monster at our house as I became a super softie with Reid. We are just now starting to let him cry himself to sleep in his crib. Ten to fifteen minutes it is torture, but it allows me at least 3 hours of sleep without him sleeping right beside me constantly thinking he needs to eat! :)
